International trainees flying to Bangkok International Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) arrivals hall (level 2) should be aware that this huge airport is both very busy and has multiple passenger exit points  - all of which can make it very difficult to meet someone waiting for you, unless you have a pre-arranged meeting point.

Thankfully, Bangkok Airport's planners have thought of this, and have a clearly labeled 'MEETING POINT' on level 3 (see map).

http://www.bangkokairportonline.com/ For more Bangkok Airport information

Once you clear customs & immigration make your way to the 'MEETING POINT'. Our driver will be waiting for you at the meeting point holding a sign with 'SCUBAENGINEER' written on it.

For positive ID purposes, He will also have a business card from Samui Easytek Co., Ltd. should you wish to confirm that he is the correct driver.

Airport Scams etc.
It is fare to say that Bangkok Airport is infamous for the various scams being run to defraud the unwary traveler into parting with their hard earned cash. Airport taxi touts, many of whom wear official looking uniforms and photo badges working under the very noses of the police will make fake phone calls relaying fake information that your taxi has been cancelled/has not arrived in a bid to get you to use their own overpriced service.

If arranged with us, our own driver will definitely be waiting for you as he has made the 90minute taxi trip up from Pattaya especially to collect you and will not be paid unless he brings you back with him.

If for any unforeseen circumstance you cannot find the driver please telephone us first before making any other arrangements.
Tel No: 081-952-3197   Steve Burton, DITC technician trainer. (Thai & English languages spoken)
Tel No: 038-300-273    Easytek engineering, main office contact number

Ensure that you talk to us personally and do not let a Thai person talk for you; there will be an English language speaker on the other end of the phone.

Cheaper Options - Go by Bus?
