To avoid misunderstanding between DITC applicants, the
training provider (Samui Easytek Co Ltd), and Hotels Providing accommodation for
this course,
please read the following...
-
Reservations will only be confirmed upon receipt of a
completed booking form and payment of the required non-refundable deposit.

Telephone/email bookings will be deemed to be cancelled if the
booking form and deposit are not received within 4 working days.

The balance of fees must be received no later than 14 days
before the start of the course, failing which we reserve the right to treat
the booking as cancelled.

Cancellations must be made in writing and confirmed as
received by Samui Easytek Co Ltd.,

Persons canceling within 14 days of the course start date or
non-arrival of any person are liable for the full course fees.

Where a student has cancelled a course within the above
period, the course fee may be transferred to another date only if the vacant
place on the original course can be filled.

Check in times notified for each course must be adhered to,
failure to do so may result in the student being unable to complete the
course.

If weather, industrial action or any other circumstances
outside Samui Easytek Co Ltd., control causes the course to be cancelled, delayed, cut
short or changed, Samui Easytek Co Ltd.,' will not be held liable for any consequential
loss, damage or expense incurred by the student and any refund will be
subject to deduction of reasonable expenses.

In the event of staff sickness, equipment failure,
insufficient students or any similar circumstances which make it necessary
to cancel a course or event the maximum possible notice will be given and
the full moneys paid will be refunded. Samui Easytek Co Ltd., will not be held
responsible for any consequential expenses incurred by the student.

Accommodation bookings are entirely the responsibility of
the student, you must cancel your own booking if not required, failure to do
so will result in you having to pay for it.
