Terms & Conditions
Booking Your training course dates

All technicians should
confirm the availability of their training course place prior to travelling
by contacting the training center HERE.

Once informed of the availability
of a course place and date range, Samui Easytek Co Ltd., will
provisionally confirm your course dates for a limited time to allow the
applicants time to investigate travel options and to pay their full course fees
directly to Samui Easytek Co Ltd, normally by bank transfer.

On receipt of your course fees,
your DITC training course place is confirmed to you in writing directly from
Samui Easytek Co Ltd.

Students are not permitted to commence
their training under any circumstances unless in possession of confirmation in
writing issued by Samui Easytek that their course place is both confirmed, and
that all course fees are received by Samui Easytek Co Ltd.

The balance of your course fee must be received
within the limited time your dates are considered provisional confirmed. We
reserve the right to consider that all training courses not confirmed by payment
within the 'provisionally confirmed' allowed time or within 14 days of the
course start date are considered as cancelled.

On receipt of your course
fees from the agent/intermediary, your DITC training course place is
confirmed to you in writing, directly from Samui Easytek Co Ltd

writing, issued by Samui Easytek Co Ltd., that their course place is both
confirmed, and that all course fees have been received from your booking agent
by Samui Easytek Co Ltd
Hotel Room Bookings

Unless informed in writing by Samui
Easytek Co Ltd., HOTEL accommodation bookings are entirely the responsibility of
the student, you must cancel your own booking if not required, failure to do
so will result in you having to pay for it.
Taxi Bookings

Unless informed in writing by Samui
Easytek Co Ltd., TAXI bookings are entirely the responsibility of
the student, you must cancel your own booking if not required, failure to do
so will result in you having to pay for it.
Refund/Cancelation/Lateness Policy

Once you have confirmed your course
dates by payment of your course fees, the training course fee is non
refundable under circumstances. However, we do permit you join any future
scheduled DITC training course, or two allocate your DITC course to another
interested party.

Check in times for attending lessons notified for each course must be adhered to,
failure to do so may result in the student being unable to complete the
course.

Cancellations must be made in writing and confirmed as
received by Samui Easytek Co Ltd.,

If weather, industrial action or any other circumstances
outside Samui Easytek Co Ltd., control causes the course to be cancelled, delayed, cut
short or changed, Samui Easytek Co Ltd.,' will not be held liable for any consequential
loss, damage or expense incurred by the student and any refund will be
subject to deduction of reasonable expenses.

In the event of staff sickness, equipment failure,
insufficient students or any similar circumstances which make it necessary
to cancel a course or event the maximum possible notice will be given and
the full moneys paid will be refunded. Samui Easytek Co Ltd., will not be held
responsible for any consequential expenses incurred by the student.
