IDEST
CHIEF ENGINEER member of ASSET
Membership fee: Not Applicable. The IDEST Chief
Engineer carries out his duties on behalf of IDEST. The
IDEST Chief Engineer will be a Chartered Mechanical Engineer of broad
practical experience preferably in Diving, Pressure Systems or a related
field.

Review of Inspectors assessment reports.
Confirm Center Approval or require further actions.
Review biannual self-assessment renewals.
Ensure the quality and integrity of the Inspection and Approval
Program.
Interview and recommend suitable individuals for the role of
Inspector.
