GAS
BLENDER member of ASSET
Supplementary qualification (No
membership fee). A person trained and qualified in the preparation and
dispensing of oxygen enriched breathing mixtures.
| Pre-requisites: |
Hold the ASSET Compressor Operators Certificate and attend the
ASSET Gas Blenders Course
and
Have Documented proof of training and experience in the
production, testing and dispensing of compressed air and
complete the ASSET Gas Blenders Course
or
Complete another suitable Compressor Operation and Management
Course, have documented proof of experience and attend a Gas
Blender Skills Assessment and ASSET Standards Orientation
Course.

Note : This is the minimum grade for the responsible person in a Dive
Centre Dispensing Oxygen Enriched Breathing Mixtures in accordance with
